One of the user pain points at MDLIVE was always being forced to use external application for our video consultations. That problem was finally solved when we implemented a browser based solution utilizing Web RTC. With new video application came the need for new UI. We wanted to include additional chat so the user could drop in their pictures and chat with the doctor if the video connection got spotty.
